Over 100 focused hours you'll refine technique, deepen theoretical understanding and master connection through hands-on instruction, practice labs and curated socials. Program Includes
This program includes assistance with group housing, special excursions, and activities, plus study notebooks to reinforce your learning. You will receive an official ZoukMX t-shirt and access to a private video library to review classes. The program guarantees a limited group size for personalized attention, with structured training hours, practices, and fun socials around the city with the team—all while you enjoy a unique experience in one of the most beautiful and cultural parts of the world.

We will go through all the foundations of Brazilian Zouk to make you a great social dancer! Learn foundational stepping patterns, be introduced to body movements, and build confidence for a great social dance experience.

A month-long deep dive to elevate your Zouk. Refine lead-follow dynamics, interpret music with sensitivity, and sharpen your technique for more fluid, confident, and expressive movement.

Competition Track
Improve your social dance and competition aesthetics. Guided by BZDC rules and concepts, we’ll sharpen your technique, timing, and teamwork for Jack & Jill success.

Lambada
A fast-track to learning Lambada from the best. This course covers all the foundations you need to spice up your dancing. Please note, this track will not teach traditional Zouk.
- No prior Lambada experience required
- Does not cover traditional Zouk
- Daytime schedule + select evenings
Beyond Lambada Fundamentals
Take your Lambada to the next level. This track expands beyond the fundamentals, focusing on advanced connection, musicality, and creativity within the Lambada style.

Teacher Training
This program provides concrete, hands-on tools to improve your teaching. Learn to structure classes, build a curriculum, adapt to learning styles, and handle the responsibilities of being an instructor.
